King is a very motivated and detail-oriented TC assistant who joined Be Happy TC in 2020. He is skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously in challenging situations. He can work well both independently and as a team member. His TC experiences are mainly focused on overseeing all aspects of buyer transactions from executed purchase agreements to closing, submitting all necessary documentation to office brokers for file compliance, entering all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems, etc.
He also has more than 5 years of experience in the customer service industry which helps him a lot in having a good relationship with clients and his co-workers. King always wants to do the best job he possibly can and takes pride in a job perfectly done. King loves nature and animals. During his free time, he loves to go outdoors and breathe fresh air. He loves playing and taking care of his pets. He also loves taking his kids out wherever they want if possible.
