Our full Transaction Coordinator Service helps California real estate agents with setting up a file, sending disclosures, ordering NHD, uploading information to the broker portal, keeping track of all the details, and so much more.
We have the ability to work with both VA loans and FHA loans by coordinating with the lender directly to ensure all requirements are met.

For Texas real estate agents, our full Transaction Coordinator Service helps with both coordination and paperwork including setting up a file; sending disclosures; ordering surveys, setting up final walk throughs, appraisals, and inspections; uploading information to the broker portal; keeping track of all the details, and so much more.
Our TC service also gives us the ability to work with both VA loans and FHA loans. We coordinate with the lender directly and ensure all requirements are met.

The Lease Service is for agents who do lease listings and/or rentals. Be Happy TC helps ensure all lease or rental documents are filled out, signed, and uploaded to the broker portal.

Need paper copies? This service is for those few agents who want a paper file. We will print a copy of the completed file and mail it to you. You choose if you want it double sided or single sided.

Our Compliance-Only service is a popular option for New Construction contracts. Be Happy TC will create the transaction in your broker portal and upload all documents.
